How will my graze be delivered and how long will you need to setup?

All of our food is transported in food specific transportation boxes and cool boxes.  Once on site we usually need a minimum of an hour to setup and perfect your graze, this is dependent on the size of the Graze with bigger layouts needing a little more time.  This will all be discussed with you when you make your booking and will be worked around your requirements and your guests arrival time.

What type of table is suitable for my graze?

Any!  Grazes look amazing on almost any table but if you are unsure you can always send us a picture and we can advise accordingly.  We use food grade grease proof paper under all of our grazes so your table/surface is protected, clean up easy and mess minimal!  Please bare in mind that grazing tables need to be positioned in a cool space out of direct sunlight.

How long can we graze for?

Grazing tables can be left out for up to 4 hours, giving you and your guests plenty of time to sample a bit of everything.

Do you provide cutlery and crockery?

At the moment we don’t so it is up to you to provide your own plates and cutlery.  You’ll also need teaspoons for the dips and cheese knives. This is something we are currently looking into though so watch this space!

I have purchased a platter for 4, do I need to return the platter?

No you do not!  Platters for 4 are beautifully presented on a 30cm Graze Girl slate which is yours to keep.

Do you cater for vegetarians and vegans?

Of course!  Please contact us to discuss your requirements but we can assure you we have plenty of options to suit your preferences.

Do you cater for allergies and intolerances?

We take all allergies very seriously and provide allergen information for all of our grazing tables, platters and boxes.  Our food is prepared in a kitchen which uses all 14 of the main allergens so cross contamination is possible. For these reason we advise people with allergies to refrain from eating our foods.
