FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQ)

What is your policy if there is no one to receive the product?

Delivery will be attempted. If no one is in, the package will be handed to a neighbour. Failing that, delivery will be left in a safe place. This is because fresh food products cannot be couriered back to our base. The Graze Girls are not responsible for the product once left in a safe place or with a neighbour.
What are your delivery charges?

Delivery of platters, boxes and grazing tables are charged at £3.00 per mile from TN17 1AG
Am I able to collect?

Absolutely! Our kitchen in Goudhurst (circa 15 minutes east of Tunbridge Wells) is open Wednesday to Saturday 10:00 – 15:00 for you to collect your grazing platter or signature graze table. However, please note that you MUST book your collection time in advance to ensure that everything is ready for you when you arrive and timings are subject to availability and agreement. We can also provide environmentally friendly (and kerbside recyclable!) insulated packaging to extend the amount of time that food is not refrigerated for at a cost of £10 per platter (subject to availability). Layered Grazing Tables must always be delivered. Delivery charges are as described below
Are you fully insured and a registered caterer?

Yes, we are fully insured. We also have current food hygiene training and pride ourselves on having the best standards, ensuring the best produce and food handling.
How does set-up work?

PLATTERS - Our platters are delivered ready to unwrap and serve. The Dream! TABLES - We arrive 1-2 hours before your guests are due in order to set up. Once set up is complete, we will leave you to enjoy your event.
Will you use images from our event on the GRAZE GIRLS social platforms & website?

Yes, unless you ask us not to, we love to share event photos on our platforms.
Do you have a food hygiene rating?

Prior to the transfer of ownership earlier this year we held a 5-star rating. We are awaiting a new inspection having moved the location of our kitchen.
Where are you based?

The Graze Girls are based near Tunbridge Wells, Kent, TN17.
How long will my product last?

GRAZE BOXES AND MEDIUM PLATTERS Our food is at its best when eaten fresh. Once delivered, the food can be kept at room temperature for up to 4 hours. Products can be refrigerated until serving if required. LARGE PLATTERS & TABLES Food can be kept fresh for a maximum of 4 hours from time of delivery at room temperature in a cool spot out of direct sunlight. After this, simply wrap up and dispose of any leftovers.
Do you cater for vegetarians, vegans and others?

Absolutely! We have a number of delicious options to suit your dietary requirements, just drop us an email and we can chat about menu swaps and additional items.
How do you deal with dietary requirements or allergies?

We do our best to cater for different allergies, just let us know your requirements when contacting us. Note: Our food is prepared in a kitchen that uses all 14 of the main allergens so we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
How do you ensure food is kept fresh?

All of our food is transported in food-specific transportation boxes and cool boxes
Do you provide cutlery and crockery?

It is up to you to provide your own plates and cutlery (including cheese knives). We are able to provide disposable plates, cutlery and napkins for an additional fee.
